I had a shoot in local cafe Bertie & Boo. To say thank you, I took a few photos. Warning do not look if you are hungry. The food is all prepared on site, or made by locals and is absolutely delicious. The staff were all so lovely and helpful. Bertie & Boo has always been a popular destination for mothers and children. A friendly destination if you want a homemade treat.

You will need a pub, group friends, wine, pizza, plenty of board games and a cute dog for good measure. It was my birthday and I hate big parties where I am the centre of attention, so this year I wanted something low key and fun. I personally couldn’t think of a better way to spend a Sunday evening, except to be surrounded by good company and board games. Please note these are not all my photos as everyone picked up my camera at some point of the night and had a little play. This morning even though I had slept in (oops) I decided not to rush. I went to another one of my local cafes and enjoyed a coffee while I sorted out my list of things to do today. Lavish Habit has been open for over a year and I really love the whole atmosphere of this little independent café and boutique shop. It is nicely cluttered with such delicate and beautiful items it can keep me entertained for hours. I personally love the attention to detail in this place. Everything has such a lovely vintage and homemade feel about it. I was lucky enough to be able to take a few photographs while I enjoyed my latte. |
