So I am still full of cold but realised that last week I was not successful in posting a blog and two weeks in a row isn't a good look. So after working last Sunday, I returned home late as my partner and I decided to go out for dinner and what can I say nothing seemed to run smoothly. My wifi wasn't working and my laptop wouldn't connect to my phone as a hotspot. So I called it quits and went to bed as I had a big day shooting. My plan was to post on Monday but well that didn't pan out as I had a quick turn around on a job. Before I know it, Sunday evening had approached. While I still feel full of cold, my heart feels heavy with the state of the world. It is absolutely heartbreaking what is currently going on in Ukraine. You can find many resources to help online but this quote resonated with me and I thought I would share with you all. Let help spread kindness.

Don't normally share a sneak peak from a shoot before I finish the edits but as it is Valentine's Day tomorrow I thought the colour scheme works. I must also confess I am totally obsessed with the rushes from my Soho night shoot yesterday and eager to start the editing process. It was such a fun shoot and so many fun interactions with the public.
So I mentioned earlier that it was a busy start to the year and now I can finally talk about it. Over lockdown my partner wrote a feature film, Tiny Little Voices, and we started the new year in production. Happy to report we have completed principal photography and the next chapter begins. Time to get editing. I wasn't able to attend every day as I already had a few other work commitments but when I could I was able to attend and be an extra set of hands as well at capture some behind the scene images. I will leave a few of my favourite below. As you can see we had loads of fun and lucky to have worked with so many incredibly talented people. Both the crew and cast felt like an extended family and that first day back to normal sure felt strange. Anyway, if you like what you see and want to donate please clink here for more details.
