Another busy week for me here. It has been a strange few days waiting for a visa for a shoot in Saudi. The job is tomorrow and I am still waiting for good news. It is moments like these you just got to prepare for the best and cross your fingers. The wonderful life of a freelancer, never knowing where your next job will take you.

Over half way through production and I am really excited. After taking a quick look at some of rushes, I am pleased to see our storyboard brought to life. I love how each job brings new challenges. I am not going to lie, night shoots can be pretty tough and rather than struggle to write something coherent I will let the pictures do the talking. So please take a look at some of the production stills from my recent shoot 'Fat Boy'. So I have been caught in the middle of preproduction. Locations are slowly being sorted, actors and actresses casted. We have a detailed storyboard and new equipment ordered. Yes very excited about that last sentence. I have a new wide angle lens and slider making it way to me. Anyway, more of that later! My boyfriend and I were looking for film locations in central London. We stumbled upon some bullet marks. As we noticed and wondered where and when these might have occurred Paul, who was sat enjoy the sunshine, informed us these were from World War 1. |
