On the longest day of the year, we all gathered to celebrate the love of Peter Rae and Helen Bang. It was a magical day full of wonderful little surprises. You just knew this wasn't going to be a traditional wedding. Peter and Helen are both actors and surround themselves with many like minded creative people. I was lucky enough to be with the bride and family as they prepared for the big day. Here are a few of my favourite moments.

So if you read my last blog you will have seen my road trip photos. Our destination was David Stout and Susannah Wapshott's wedding. As a guest I brought my camera and took a few pictures from the day. I didn't really know many people so was ready to use my camera as a little safety blanket. It was nice to capture some beautiful moments but everyone was so lovely that I soon put the camera away because we were there to celebrate, and boy do those kids know how to party! Wow hard to believe 5 days have gone so quickly. It was refreshing to escape London and also lovely to return. Sometimes I need to get away to appreciate what I have here. The South of France was just what the doctor ordered. It was a crazy gathering full of very talented singers and musicians. Nothing like good live music to soothe the soul and inspire you. |
