I am being a little cheeky here as last week has been pretty hectic and rather than rushing a blog, I am going to share with you the marketing trailer for the short film "The Usher" which I shot way back in April. Working with Off the Curb Productions was an absolute treat. Check out their website here http://www.offthecurb.co.uk/ or facebook page here https://www.facebook.com/OffTheCurb. Director, writer (and did I mentioned that Chris Rogers is also my boyfriend) has a few more scripts in preproduction so keep an eye out for more films. Finger crossed he will ask me to DoP again. Personally, I am really happy with how this short film visually looks.

Please let me take this moment to share another finished piece with you. This is a little sketch written and acted by Jessica Chamberlain. It was her first attempt into the video world and I think she, well everyone who worked on this production, did a pretty good job. Looking forward to working with this talented woman in the near future. When I left my previous job I was rather (read TOTALLY) spoilt. I don't think I can ever thank everyone enough. My gifts were not only thoughtful but inspiring and helpful. One of the presents I was given was a beautiful book on street art photography. I really liked some of the gritty images and moments captured. It got me thinking and impatient to try my hand at a new style of photography. Please let me apologise now as I am going to bombard you with more images from last Sunday. I know it is cheeky of me but the thing is, I really love some of these photos. Nothing like the rewarding feeling one gets from being proud of your own work. I am really happy with how these have turned out which is why I want to share them with you. Consider it show and tell time (again). |
