They say never work with kids and animals. I have to disagree. Over the years a few of my clients have had children and it has been an absolute privilege to watch them grow. We might need a few more breaks but that is fine by me. Just last week I was shooting and had the best interruption. Felix, my clients son, ran towards me to give me the biggest hug and well, that moment totally melted my heart. So here's to all the mothers, I hope you had a wonderful Mother's Day and thought I'd share a few fun outtake below.

So I thought I would follow on from last week and share the final edits from my blog post. As you can see, we had a lot of fun editing these images. Over the last few years I have really learnt to enjoy the editing process. I am still passionate about capturing that perfect image but that is only one step. Editing can transform and complete an image and I am thoroughly enjoying this creative process. More often than not, the brief requires a more natural edited look however, this was not the case. You can follow Jai Jai Prince here to see the full edit. What is your your favourite step, the shoot or edit process?
So I am really excited to share some recent work with you this week. I have been wanting to experiment with this technique for awhile and when Jai got in contact and sent me the mood board I was beyond excited. I did a test shoot last year which didn't turn out as well as I wanted. This time I came prepared. Watch this space for the final edits but wanted to share a few favourites that didn't make the cut.
I thought I would share some recent work with Beyond Nine, who have released new colours in the uber-popular Jenny and Hugh. Please let me introduce you to the new Golden Olive. I was very lucky to have the sun participate for this street style shoot. Id suggest signing to get notifications as items sell out quickly. You can find all the information you need here. Happy shopping ;)
