On the longest day of the year, we all gathered to celebrate the love of Peter Rae and Helen Bang. It was a magical day full of wonderful little surprises. You just knew this wasn't going to be a traditional wedding. Peter and Helen are both actors and surround themselves with many like minded creative people. I was lucky enough to be with the bride and family as they prepared for the big day. Here are a few of my favourite moments.

Me procrastinate? A girl has to eat and well I thought I may as well try and create some stylish food photos while I cook. Yes the perks of working from home. Anyway, here are my attempts. I had fun setting up these shots but definitely learnt my lesson to eat first! So the trailer is finally in the can as they say and when the edit is finished I will be sharing it here. Just before the we shot the last few scenes I had a quick little photography shoot with Stephen Billington. He was in the market for some new head shots and I had a afternoon free. I really enjoyed out little session. I normally shoot outside but created a little studio setting to get the best of both worlds. I shot most of this with my 85mm. I can not tell you how much I love this lens, worth every penny. Anyway, let me share with you some of the pictures and of course if you are in the market please get in touch. Just incase you were wondering, the visa never came through. I finally got that call late Thursday and just like that I was presented with a free weekend. What a rare occasion. Initially I had grand plans of escaping but to be honest after everything I also need a little R & R. I was chatting with a friend from Australia who used to live with me and our conversation got me thinking about all the places we used to go. I wanted a little London adventure to myself. |
