It has been so good to get back to work this week. Yes I know how geeky that sounds but it is the truth. My happy place is behind a camera and I have been lucky to shot a variety of jobs. While this weather leaves me a little tired I am also excited for next week. It feels so good to be creative again. Anyway, it was great to catch up with Kavita earlier this week and shoot a little getting ready video for Diwali. I must confess I have done a few beauty shoots which used Estee Lauder products and I can totally see why so many people love their makeup. It literally leaves your skin glowing and camera ready. Check out some images below and head to Kavita's Instagram page for the video.

I must confess I almost forgot about these images I took of the stunning Chiara Perera. You see Chiara has launched her You Tube channel (don't forget to subscribe) and we also shoot some video content. I have however, been obsessing about her fabulous jewellery collection. I really love the layered look. The more the merrier vibe. Anyway, it will be a brief post from me this week. I got back early Thursday and so happy to be straight into work. It does mean that I am a little tired this evening and while my to do list is never ending, my plan it to have an early night and start the week right. Hope you all had a wonderful weekend!
So I promise I am on the very last few days of my holiday, I know it has felt like forever. You can actually count the days on one hand. While it does make me a little sad to think I will have to say good bye to this beautiful island, I must also be honest with you and let you know that I am also excited to return back to London. I have however, been loving the warmer days here and not sure I am ready for the rainy cold weather forecast that I see on my iPhone. Just between you and me I have a light jumper on for the cooler evening temperature of 23 degrees (it was 35 during the day so that is like a ten degree difference).
Anyway, it got me thinking of some content I shot with the stunning and stylish Tess Montgomery before I left. A reminder that the art of layering is how you survive the cool temperature and if you match your surroundings even better. I am just hoping to pack some sunshine with me. Continuing from last weeks blog post I thought I would share with you the video content from my shoot with fashion stylist Monikh Dale. I will keep this post short and let my work speak for itself. It was such a fun shoot and if you like what you see don't forget you only have a few more days left to head to Selfridges, where you can create your own perfect lipstick shade or just ask for the Monikh Bride shade. Let me know your thoughts below. |
