It has been awhile since I picked up my camera and headed into town with no real agenda. On Thursday morning I travelled to the Truman Brewery as I had a ticket to The London Coffee Festival. I have been going regularly for a few years now and Thursday's visit did not disappoint. Take a look at some of the images I took below. Still a few tickets available for Sunday which can be found here. It is currently forecast rain so I personally can't think of a better way to spend your Sunday.

Excuse the radio silence, I took a mini digital detox over Easter and it felt good. In fact I have been focusing on an edit and unsure what to write. I turned to a photography book I picked up in lockdown which has great chapters to inspire and challenge you. It is called The Photographer's Playbook and I have linked it here for you if you are interested.
I opened the book at a random page about perspective. What do you see that others see? This question made me think about these beautiful flower my friend bought me. My partner could just see 'dead' tulips and asked me when I was going to discard the flowers but something about the texture and colour still brought me joy. I picked up my camera to try and share what I saw. Take a look below and let me know what you think. Just wanted to share some images I took earlier this week as Natalie Glaze had her pop up this weekend and I was able to get a sneak peak before it opened to the public. So many beautiful pieces on display with a few new pieces that shall be dropping soon. Natalie's mum hand makes these stunning bowls which are always sound out. Check out the full collection here.
