It is a late but personal piece for you this week as I wanted to raise awareness about Balance Awareness Week which starts today and runs till the 23rd of September. This post has been on my mind as I have recently had a few friends contact me about their recent experience with vertigo. Some of you may know I was diagnosed a few years back with Menieres and Chronic Migraines. I still have my fair share of good and bad days but what upsets me most is that we still have more questions than answers. I hope one day that we might understand why so I can provide better answers to questions and even hope for a cure. In the meantime, I just want to spread the word so if you see me at my worst you can help or understand why I might be checking the wall, a personal joke amongst friends. Let me leave you with this website where you can find out more information here.

With this sunny weather I have really enjoyed been outdoors. Making up for lost time. I know I have said it before but nothing like a warm sunny day in London. I love to go for long walks and explore hidden gems in the back streets. Always looking for fun location spots for my next shoot. This door frame caught my eye, so we had to grab a few images before heading to our next venue. Do you recognise this spot?
Just when I thought Autumn was well and truly here, we have had some much needed warm sunshine. This weekend I took myself for a long walk and sat in the common watching the world go by. After a few weeks inside working away on my laptop it felt so good to disconnect online and enjoy the suns. Nothing beats London on a good sunny day. Here are some images I took during the last heat wave. What is your favourite activity to do on a sunny day?
When a Monday feels like a Sunday, got to love a long and mostly sunny weekend. I might have gotten caught in the rain on Saturday but it was great to catch up with a friend and get lost in the back streets of central London. Found some great shooting spots. I have thoroughly enjoyed some much needed sunshine and wanted to share some images I took just before the weekend. We had been waiting for sunnier weather and so happy with the result. What do you think? I love this bright printed set, so comfortable and stylish.
