Happy New Year

I hope you all survived the festive period. I don't know about you but I can not believe how excited I am for 2016. Super keen to get behind the camera and create some of my best work yet!

I was lucky enough to celebrate New Years Eve in Edinburgh with good friends and as with every trip or event I wrestled with the idea of bringing my camera. This time I decided against it as I wanted to enjoy the moment and lets be honest I always have my phone on me. As much as I love my 5D and variety of lens, taking a good picture isn't about have the right tools rather capturing the right moment.

So this week I am sharing some image I took on my trusty iPhone. As a keen instagramer you can find more images under my name Pleasejustcallmerose however, the story behind that name will have to be saved for another day. Enjoy!
Also thought I would mention the theme for Hogmanay this year was party animal hence the face paint...
