To all the other freelancers out there I ask are you as reluctant as me to actually take time off? It can be so difficult to switch off my phone, laptop and actually take time for me. I can not remember if I spoke about our last minute change to our Christmas plans? The short version is that with less than 24 hours notice our family Christmas vacation turned into a trip to Ukraine where Chris worked four days (including Christmas day). I can not really complain, it is part of the job description and I was luck to be able to fly over and keep him company. Anyway, back to my point. You might have noticed I have been offline the last week. That is because we finally took the plunge and booked a quick trip to Napoli to recharge our creative batteries. I can not begin to tell you just how much I needed a break and even though it was still a little cool we had seven days of beautiful sunshine. I tried to soak in as much as possible and am feeling refreshed and revitalised. Looking forward to getting behind a camera next week. Here are a few pictures from a shoot with the stunning Jo Hombsch relaxing in front of the camera, what a natural beauty. I am going to pretend I look like this as I sip my coffee and watch the world go by.
